Some people like to keep some tweaks to themselves. But, for the greater good of the UK benching scene, should we be be posting such tweaks that can make that little but all important difference between 2nd and 1st? Or should we save these things for PM in fear of Chinese spies?
eg:
specific drivers for specific hardware, even down to specific benchmarks and disabling specific services for....yeah you get the picture.
Example. Vista 64 is faster for Wprime. Certain Vista service packs make 3D mark scores higher than XP, some updates harm some benchmarks but are better for others.
It may all sound a bit pedantic and obsessive, but if we want to be the best then we may as well make out lives easier.
