If one were to paint a compressor,what type of paint should be used ?

Hi Mate just pop along to your car parts shop and just use the paint tins they sell for cars, it will be fine but make sure to key up all the area first with some wire wool/wet and dry first and be sure to prime first, leave to dry over night and Key the primer up and then paint whatever colour you chose.

Temp rangeof 80C+ i'd say to be safe as well. I'm thinking of polishing my NL11F

Temp range will be fine, have done a few of these now with know problems at all.

You can get high temperature paint in a spray-can if you prefered (seen them at Halfords). I know my MachII compressor used to get very hot!

I have used high temp before on my exhaust manifold,but will probably go with regular cellulose,cos i need it in white.Thanks guys.
