While not specific to my motherboard, the note about loadline callibration was news to me and fixed my clocking issue with a recent bios update. Good stuff :)
The heat output and max stable overclock is absolutly spot on with my findings too.
4.6Ghz and 260w load stable.

That's a brilliant article, he is a realy smart guy, one of the best.
The stuff he finds about heat output is surprising, i wouldn't have thought it was that high but it's useful to know. Is anyone friends with him or know a good way to contact him?

I thought that he was like one of the 'legend' type people over there - can they be banned?!
There are some right weird comments under that article, including the mention of "sexual harassment accusations"

Think what they're saying is that the article was top notch. If the other reporters don't pull up their socks they'll be shown the door.
Basically, anand needs more reports like the one by Kris.
Was pretty great, learnt loads reading through it :D

Oh dear:
Well, while Kris is very knowledgable, I can't agree with him on heat load part of story to 100%. (I think he got most of it right except the actual numbers :P)
But than, anyone who is not building and testing regorously in phase change wouldn't really know what kind of heat load each chip at each voltage behaves like :)
Basically, by going the route he is going, I was tuning units well over 300w all this time lol.

XS didn't like the truth, i recently had a few threats off the big dog on XS. Got to love US v UK law.

On mine all the time, always have a good laugh with him and have learnt loads. Done personal deal and been faultless. I'll be meeting up with him in person soon next year if all goes to plan!
