Scan and Aria are my normal calling points. Both are fairly local to me too. I know people have problems with them sometimes but when I've used overclockers.co.uk I've never had any problems either (I got a 1GB kit of TeamXtreem 800MHz for £23.50 a few months back too). I used to work at Microdirect, just doing counter sales.

ocuk weekly deals are ok, they have a decent variety of ram, but everything is well overpriced when compared to scan, you can normally get exactly the same stuff from scan 10-20 quid cheaper, and i've always had excellent experiences with the rma service when i've needed to use it (twice). plus free delivery rocks

I just wanted to let you know that I had exceptional service from http://www.morecomputers.co.uk/. I’ve bought my Opty from them recently. Well I can’t tell that they are very good price wise in general but price for Opty was OK. I placed my order shortly before 4pm on Wednesday and there was a note on their website stating that all orders placed after 3pm will be proceeded next working day. Taking from that I was expecting them to ship my CPU on Thursday and as I’m living in north of Scotland I was in doubt that I’ll get it on Friday as in most cases it’s takes 2 days for goods to arrive… So not much hopes for Friday so most likely fallowing Monday… Next day (Thursday) my Missis called me around 5pm and said that my CPU has been delivered. **** me that’s like 24h and it was here so I was very impressed and pleased by MoreComputers.

Felt like sharing this :).

Aye, I’ve checked post on Hexus and without knowing full story it’s hard to tell but it might be this “1 of” cases.
Also their feedback on eBay is good. Well they have a few negative feedbacks but you can’t please everyone so hopefully they’ll be OK :rollyeyes:.

I'm still waiting for my goods from Leftclicks. It's been 3 working days now and I still haven't received any emails from them confirming dispatch. What's makes me even more angry is that I paid for Next day delivery and they took money out of my account last Saturday. I’ve tried to phone them several times but it just goes to Voice Mail. When I phoned them today around 1pm I left a Voice Mail and asked for call back but obviously no one called.

Now I sent them an email so will have see what their reply is but I’m pretty sure they will be on my shopping “black list”.
