SuperPI 32mb tweaks

I plan to do some benching on Super PI 32mb

whats tweaks are used. whats the simplest way to do the 600mb file copy trick.

i read on EPUK u can make the file from the run button on start bar.

There would appear to be a bug somewhere either in SuperPi or XP where >5GHz Penryns stall the program (it somehow manages to end up with 25% CPU usage across 2 cores instead of 1 and making no progress). Forcing affinity to 1 core fixes it.
