Hey, i think i can help you out with this ;)

im guessing your going for performance over silence etc so i would recommend a high flow system using the following:

CPU BLOCK - EK Supreme (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/ek-supreme-cpu-block-1113-p.asp)
GFX CARD BLOCK - EK 8800GTS Block (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/ek-8800gts-gpu-block-648-p.asp)
TUBES - either 1/2" (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/12-205-c.asp) or 3/8" (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/38-203-c.asp)
COOLANT - Feser One non-conductive coolant you can pick the color ;) (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/feser-one-uv-coolant-184-c.asp)
120mm - for the radiator i would recommend thermochill depending on your case i would recommend at least a 240mm rad if possible see the range here (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/radiators-135-c.asp)
PUMP - Anything laing :P see here (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/pumps-137-c.asp)
RES - res's are really personal preference - or where you can fit one - check the range here (http://www.aqua-pcs.co.uk/reservoirs-133-c.asp)

you will also need tubing clips for your selected tubing sizes ;)

D-TEK FuZion CPU Block + Nozzle Kit
DD MAZE4 or MCW60 GPU block
Laing DDC3.2 12V 18w Pump With PetrasTech Top
ThermoChill PA120.3 + 2 x 3/8 BSP to 1/4 barbs.
8ft Masterkleer 7/16" Tubing
8 x 12mm Hoseclips
Swiftech MCRES-Micro
3 YATE LOON's 120mm - D12SM-12 or D12SL-12 (lower CFM)
G11 Coolant + PT_Nuke

Around £245 all from ChilledPC. The EK Supreme (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=171663&highlight=Supreme+Fuzion)is nice, but had a few motherboard compatibility (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=164405&page=22&highlight=Supreme)issues last time I looked, Eddy was talking about new adapter plates? You'd probably be ok with a Q6600+GT on a PA120.2 and medium CFM fans. Be careful on the heatload though, not hard to get a quad at 200W, those two could get to 300W. Personally I'd go for the larger rad and slower fans for the extra headroom and less noise. I wouldn't bother with a full cover GPU block, its not really needed and at least then the block will fit other cards. A system like the above should reach around 2.0GPM using Martin (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=151627)'s spreadsheet.

i like full cover blocks, means you don't have to worry about your ram overheating or having to stick ramsinks on them and having a dedicated fan blowing aat them

also if you're fitting the rad to a precut fixing watch out as the thermochill rads have bigger spaces between the fans so will not fit a normal rad mounting

Just use distilled water for you coolant, Feser leaves residues if you have a leak that will conduct, fair enough you can wipe it off before it dries, but if you get it in a socket?
