A lesson learnt i think, the safe way, always flash bios in the bios F2 key Asus boards or from floppy / usb stick and at stock settings.
You could try, remove battery, clear cmos, then try again
Some mb when failed bios is reported try to load the orignal bios from the cd supplied with the board, could try that.
Or is it that the board is not doing anything,

Remove battery etc take 1 stick of ram out and try. if boots go into bios use EZflash as blindfitter suggested. if no luck RMA time

I think we all learned the same way - never use windows to flash your BIOS :)

If the chip can be pulled then go here...

He'll get you sorted, you can buy BIOS chips flashed to what you want on Ebay, then get your dead spare re-flashed.

Is it a P5K-E Wifi AP? If so, could i use my board to hot flash your Bios chip?

I thought i would get it sorted for nothin from were i got it from cause its under warranty it aint my fault windows didnt work.
Yeah, RMA it is you can...
Last thing to try is to take the battery out and leave it overnight or for 24 hours if you're in no rush - some people have reported them just coming back to life...
Ah well, new board for clocking ;)

Although, the manufacturer should support BIOS upgrades properly as their motherboards are always released buggy.
I think some mobo's have backup BIOS space or something (Abit?), in case the dreaded happens...
Think gigabyte boards come with dual bios'
