Hi guys,
As some of you may know, I've ordered myself a LittleDevil SS Phase unit which should be with me next week sometime..
As this is my first venture into the icy realms of phase change, I could really do with some noobie advice with regard to getting the thing working safely. Im not a complete plank, and do have a little common sense with regard to condensation issues.. But I really dont know where to start
What else do I need to get me up and running, and how do I prep the motherboard ?
Any advise would be greatly appericated, no matter how basic it may seem to some of you guys
Thanks in advance,
Rich.

Lots of insulation. I cover the surrounding area of the socket in Dielectric grease (you can use liquid electical tape which is easier to remove), I fill the center of the socket in grease and any gaps around the CPU in grease. Cut out some neoprene or Armaflex to fit around the socket. Double up the layer making the second layer cover some of the CPU socket area so that only the evap head can make contact and there is no room for ice to form.

I got some of these, make it so much faster and easyer.
I cover each part bar the very top with DC4 so they stick and are air tight then once compressed.

DC4 is a dielectric grease (Dow Corning DC4) which helps seal the area from air getting in and thus avoiding condensation.
I know that ChilledPC stock it and other useful stuff here: http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=66&products_id=227

Pete,
Can you tell me (and I guess everyone) where I can get those kits?
Cheers
