post in here to join the team

you will also need to setup an hwbot user name and account (the same as your nick here)at hwbot.org

then make 3x bench submissions in either system bench results or 3d results forums

and i will up your status to Bench Team Member

if you already have points at hwbot from benching with another forum or from ep-uk

just move teams to benchtec and i will up you to Bench Team Member

Um, slightly embarassing, I emptied out my Spam folder of my email and I only noticed the email from here as it was disappearing down the bottomless trash can :o

All scores moved on HWBot to Bench Tec UK.

One of the big advantages of being registered on HWBot - if anyhting like what has just happened - or you rscores are intact and your to with as you please, after all you worked hard for those results - would not of been very impressed if 4 years of overclocking results had gone with EPUK.
Yep definetly a key feature.

As you said, It can be very sickening to see lots of time and hard work go down the drain because of someone else actions.

hi guys the there have been some minor changes to the way bench team enrolment will work

this is taken from the Announcement at the top of the forums

it will only take a short time to run a few system benches and post them in the forum

if you have any problems with hwbot pm thickbrit he is the hwbot guru around here

To sign up to become a member of the bench Team

go to the Members Discussion forum

Look in the sticky

For the "bench team members list" thread and post ya name

Looking at your rig you have a E6850 so 3D01 3D03 and 3D05 and of course Aquamark will be your 3d benches, you could also do a SPI 1m and 32M, I would suggest that you do a Google on the 3D benches to see how you can get the most out of these benchmarks.

Hello i would like to join the team but one thing is stopping me. While i have done may things one i have not is take screen shots so how do i take one within
the 300kb hwbot limit? Sorry if this question is a bit basic but i normally just use the 3dmark orb.:help:

Hello, and welcome to the forums! :)

To answer your question; use the 'Print Screen' button on the top right of the keyboard, then paste (Ctrl+v) into a paint program (Photoshop) then reduce the image size to say 640x480 then save as a .jpg file. You may not even have to resize as I'd imagine an 800x600 or 1024x768 compressed jpg isn't very big at all.

If I've missed the point or you need any other pointers just shout! :)

I'll have a couple of weeks off over xmas so shall be playing then. But its old kit and not worth many if any points but will do my best anyway.
P.s I'm upgrading in the new year so should be a lot better :P
