Congrats to dafridgie for taking the wPrime32 and 1024MB world records. I'm guessing a 4 x quad setup :D

Either that or a dual quad core system running at about 5Ghz each

heh heh, I love servers :D

It is using the Caneland chipset and has a separate memory board...... "32 DIMM slots for up to 256 GBs of memory capacity."
Judging by who he works for I bet it's maxed out with the full 256Gb's :p

hard work testing stuff like that :coffee:

So much that he lost count when counting?

Too high an amount that Windows just gives an arbitrary number when you look in system info?

Hi Folks, gald to able to put some numbers on the board!
The system i tested this on was a 4way quad socket Tigerton platform. It's a standard 4way server with a huge amount of ram. Initially 2003 X64 was installed when i rean the benchmark first time and i got 4.8sec. Loading up X86 2003 made a huge diffeerence and enabled (with a bit of O/S tweaking) the score i got.
Unfortunately, only integrated graphics are supported on this board, so we'll have to wait for Skulltrail for some good 3dmark numbers with multiprocessor goodness.

Hopefulyl I'll have some other No's on the board soon

Dafridgie
