You would be amazed what you can achieve on stock cooling. Open set up/case, window open, a few extra fans.

At least try and push it a little.

Im using an ACF7 but fan is broke on it so temps at stock are 50c idle, so gonna buy a thermalight ultra 120 for now.

The Thermalright Ultra 120 is the cooler of choice at the moment - great clocks if you bench outside with one. Have a look at some of the results from the xmas benching competition :)

Just realised you have bigger problems. Your 3DM06 score is: 10457

There are people pulling 11900 with a GT at stock. Work on background services, LOD, tweaks etc.

personal opinion: No matter the gear, no matter the MHz or cooling, take pride in your benching. Make sure you get every last bit of performance you can, else you're wasting your money.

It's nice to have some hardware base scores - then you can see how far you have come from the overclocking and tweaking :)

Right...I got 12.5K all at stock with GPU set to "Quality" on my 24/7 install. Please dude, keep tweaking!

EDIT: A thought! What drivers you using? Im using 169.21

Get some vMods on that graphics card too, should only cost about 20-25 quid.
