Wanna spank some old stuff so I've been looking a a volt mod for a Leadtek FX5200 Ultra but can I hec as like find one :(

I'll sort out the vmods very shortly but it looks like you wanna look around pin 3 and measure the resistence to ground from that pin ;)

Measured between pin 3 and pin 6 (ground) and got 500 ohms. :)

ok try a 5 or 10Kohm resistor soldered between a suitable point directly attached to pin 3 and ground, and slowly decrease the resistance to see if we're on the money :)
Have you found the necessary voltage readout points?

I'm thinking upper right hand corner cap marked "1500" will be vgpu and lower right cap marked "1200" for memory. positive side is the side NOT marked with a blue/black line
Tho I could be totally wrong, so measure them all and report back :D

At the 1500 point I get 1.64volts.
At the 1200 point I get 1.19volts.
Before any mods :)
