On the first post there should be 3 links to some youtube videos on our rigs. It would be nice if we could have some feedback on how we could get our rigs modded for better overclocking potentional. I have also have got some overclocking snaps which is in the making on windows media player.

depends how much you wanna spend really, can be from £20 - £35 for decent air-cooling for better overclocks, £150 - £300 for decent water cooling, or £375 - £600 for phase change depending on if you buy a custom unit from one of the guys here who builds them or a hellishly expensive Vapochill LS from asetek.

Many newcomers will benefit from your time.

Overclocking improvement will all come down to cooling at your stage as ILikePooters has said.
