So...2x3870x2's to run it?
Do we need a News section for this kind of stuff?

Should be good for some easy cups on HWbot once it's added, at least until it's popular enough for them to start awarding points for it.

You are the one who just bought a 3870x2. Your PentiumD might bottleneck it a bit though.

I havent read through everything yet, but is this a DX10 only Benchmark? Meaning it's a Vista only benchmark then. If so, i has a sadface.
I've just read it, and i indeed have a sad face. Those are some pretty tasty visuals. But i'm not stretching to Vista just to run it. Unless someone on here has a corporate license version :p
Still, i look forward to seeing you guys force it into submission ;)

good idea for a news section weescot :)
I was wondering when this would show up :)
Despite all the rumours and false 3D rendering screenshots of "3DMark08", they've kept this pretty well under wraps. I also like to get in on the new benchmark testing in order to get a few more golf cups ;)
Do they say what the requirements are? I'm on my laptop and it certainly can't run this! :D Release date?

It just has 'Coming Soon' on the website. It looks good, and a benchmark for Vista is probably a step in the right direction for a new release. We have to use Vista for extra points in wPrime now anyway ;)

I agree, that looks awesome! There is no point having great CPUs and Graphics, if we aren't going to strain them ;)
