Which pump?

Currently have a MCP350 and was thinking of upgrading to a Laing D5 Vario cos it's about 3 times the flow rate, even more flow than the 18w MCP650, would it make much difference in a dual rad CPU only loop?

It's not worth the expense IMO. A 12w pump is plenty for your loop. You could always get an aftermarket top for your pump for slighly better performance.

Laing DDC+ latest revision with your choice of top seems to be the most popular choice for a while now.
