Default GF6600 vmem mod

I've got old gf6600 from Galaxy. I've done vgpu mod (pencil), but I need help with vmem mod - I don't see anywhere vmem controller. Card has DDR chips, so voltage is about 2,5-2,6v I guess. My question is how to increase voltage or make memory directly powered from 3,3v rail?

High res photos below. Any help will be appreciated

You've got everything on second photo. The problem is, that there is no standard vmem controller like in other cards. That's why I need help somebody more experienced than me I was trying with almost all ICs on this board, but no luck.

The last thing, which I made, was soldering wire to marked spot. After decreasing resistance memory seems to be overclocking worse, but I don't have read spot so far Maybe increasing resistance should give better results, originally it has about 430 ohms.
