Well I have leanred that we can reduce the voting days to around 4 instead of 7

But congrats to Rich and James - worthy winners indeed.

But I would of been extremely pleased to have any of the contenders as our team leaders as all have demonstrated the skill, the will and determination to succeed/adapt/overcome. In addition they all have shown ability and willingness to help others.

I sincerely hope that come the next election, you guys shove your name in the hat as I truly belive you deserve the chance in the hot seat
