Of coarse Ive loads of ram both DDR2 and older 1.8v DDR3 of the micron D9*** variety

wish me luck guys, but not just for the benchin, but cos Ill be drinking Carling instead of Stella all weekend lol
Hopefully some results to come soon

Im just hoping right now that i havnt done any damage to the board because it seemed to be quite bowed when screwing it down to the bench deck!

Hey TD, dont let the colour fool you she is a beast

Well I started late last night some time after I last posted in here and used 4 ltrs, finishing at around 2am this morning.

Things didnt go too well unfortunatly, to start off I kept hitting a cold bug at about -125*c but couldnt understand why because the last time I had LN2 the chip ran ok down to -160*c but that time I ran out of ln2 before getting anywhere so it may go even colder (I had a couple ltrs left over after benching for a week so decided to setup the e8600) and Ive ran other chips at max cold on this board before too.
Anyway eventually I realized that it was the v601 bios I was using and swapped it back to v1301 which sorted out the cold bug problem but this bios has bad vdroop issues. After that I started having all the same problems with the REx/ this paticular setup that I keep having with it under single stage and struggled trying to get 5.4 -5.5Ghz stable. After a number of bsods ect I gave up on on it and stripped down the setup so it could dry out ready to try again today with the P45 board

Some cold pics and starting to strip down>>

Where do you get you're LN2 mate ? And do they deliver it to you in there own dewar? I'm after buying one myself but they are like gold dust and the ones that come up on eBay are always collection only and nowhere near my home "north east"

Does Mansfield deliver national ? Getting sick of paying 40 for dice when a fill of a 25L dewar would be loads better for not much more money

Yes, they do. Anywhere from Brighton to Blackpool I was told I have had deliveries from them in the past.
